A render shows a finish. It doesn't say which product, grade or rating to buy. We help you choose based on your home, how you use it and your budget.
Contractors often promise short programmes to win the job
We test the quoted timeline against the real order of work, material lead times and approvals, and tell you what is realistic.
A thorough evaluation often leads to 5–10% cost saving
Our target is a 5–10% reduction on the quote and catching AED 5,000–10,000 of scope gaps. These are estimates from experience, not guarantees. On smaller jobs, the saving may not cover a full advisory fee.
