This 100,000+ sq ft corporate workspace in Pune was designed for a leading global financial institution aiming to shift toward a more human-centric, agile work model. The goal was clear: create an office space that fosters productivity, collaboration, and well-being — while aligning with global standards and local compliance.

Strategic Goals

Before diving into design, we focused on workplace strategy — understanding how teams function, collaborate, and use space on a daily basis. Through interviews, behavior mapping, and zone analysis, we built a layout that balances focused individual work, collaborative interactions, and employee wellness.

We also prioritized future-proofing — ensuring the space can flex with team growth, hybrid work models, and evolving work styles.

Unique Design Approach: A 5-Senses Experience

This project stands out for its multi-sensory workplace design — where every element of the environment contributes to how employees feel and perform:

• Sight: Lighting designed to follow circadian rhythms, improving energy levels and reducing fatigue.

• Sound: Acoustic zoning — quiet zones for deep work, soft background jazz in social areas, and sound-absorbing materials throughout.

From tactile flooring to Braille signage, from thoughtful lighting to inclusive wayfinding, this workspace was built with universal design principles. It allows people of all abilities to navigate and use the space independently, supporting both diversity and dignity at work.
