Remaining amounts are due in milestones or upon completion, as per the agreement.
Delays in payment may result in project suspension or termination.

5. Revisions, Delays, and Cancellations

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the proposal.
Delays due to third parties (contractors, suppliers, government bodies) are outside our control.
Refunds are not applicable once design work begins.
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Work completed until the date of termination will be billable.

6. Third-Party Vendors

We may recommend third-party suppliers or contractors, but Studio Rooh is not liable for their actions, delays, or quality.
Engagements with third parties are at the client’s discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Studio Rooh is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.
